Mr. Tyler Hamilton, better known as “T-Ham,” is a senior here at Catawba College. Tyler is from Charlotte, North Carolina. When I asked him why he chose to come to Catawba, he responded, “Catawba is a great community to be a part of. The close knit family atmosphere is something great to be a part of.” Hamilton plays football here at Catawba as a tight end, and he has been playing football since the age of seven. Tyler may be known around campus as only a great tight end but I found out there’s so much more to him when I asked what else he was involved in on campus. “I’m really involved with any type of volunteering that Catawba has to offer. I enjoy giving back, it’s given me the privilege to meet a lot of very good people out in the community.” While at Catawba, Tyler is majoring in Business Information Systems. After graduating, I asked Hamilton what he hoped to do. “When I graduate, I plan on finding a job where I can best use my business management, communication, and computer savvy skills to best help a company.” I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know T-Ham and I hope you do as well!
